Double Chocolate Muffins

Double Chocolate Muffins
2 large ripe bananas
2 Tbs brown sugar, packed
1 4oz cup @whiteleafprovisions cinnamon applesauce
⅓ cup milk
1 tsp white vinegar
¼ cup plain yogurt
1½ cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp sea salt
¼ cup cacao powder
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line or spray muffin tin. In a bowl, mash bananas very well and add brown sugar, applesauce, milk, vinegar and yogurt. Mix well.

In another bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, salt and cacao powder. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix just until incorporated.

Add in the chocolate chips and stir until the chips are mixed throughout. Scoop into muffin tin and full three quarters full. Bake for 25 minutes or until done.
